When does Osara launch?
Launching soon. We are finalising farms, packaging and lab testing. Leave your email on the home page and we will write when the first batches are ready.
Where do you ship?
Across India at launch. Shipping is planned to be free above ₹999 and ₹79 below (launching soon).
How long will delivery take?
We expect 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code. Exact timelines will be confirmed before launch.
Products
Are your powders single-ingredient?
Yes. Amla, jamun seed, beetroot and moringa powders contain only the dried plant — no fillers, colours or flavourings. Murabba and bel sharbat contain sugar, as they traditionally do.
What does A2 ghee mean?
Our ghee will come from desi cow breeds whose milk naturally carries the A2 type of beta-casein protein. It is made the bilona way: milk is set into curd, curd is churned into butter, and butter is slowly simmered into ghee.
Why has my honey crystallised?
Raw honey crystallises naturally in cool weather. Stand the jar in warm water to make it flow again. Never microwave it or heat it on a flame.
Do your products treat any condition?
No. We describe how these foods have been traditionally valued and what nutrients they naturally contain. They are foods, not medicines. Please speak to your doctor about any health condition.
How should I store them?
Keep powders in a cool, dry place with the lid closed and use a dry spoon. Ghee and honey do not need refrigeration. Refrigerate bel sharbat after opening.
Payments & returns
Which payment methods will you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Payments open at launch.
What if a jar arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery through the grievance form, and we will replace it or refund you.
