Draft
From the pen of the founders
A letter, before the first harvest.
Dear reader,
Both of us grew up with a verandah. Ours had a neem tree by the door and a row of brass vessels along the wall; in winter it smelled of amla drying in the sun, in summer of bel being scooped from its shell. We did not think of any of it as “wellness”. It was simply how food was.
Years later, in city kitchens, we found ourselves reading labels and wondering what was actually inside the jar. That question is where Osara began.
We are not promising miracles. We are promising food that is grown slowly, dried and churned by hand, sealed in glass, and tested — with the reports shown to you. If a batch is not good enough, it will not be sold.
Thank you for being here before the first jar ships.
